Lock N' Load Call

The following script and process will give you a step-by-step process to onboard a new client into Authority Network or Power Room. Follow the process from start to finish, and make use of the script included on this page to complete the call. Don't forget to submit the form at the end so that their plan can get created.
BEFORE THE CALL
1. Read their client information notes and understand the high level details of the business.
2. Spend 5-mins before the call reviewing their business and personal socials. Get to know them: Family, recent holidays etc.
3. Make them laugh within the first 2-mins.

Really excited about getting to know you and your business over the next 15-months.
Heard a lot of great things... 1. How long have you been in the industry for? 2. How did you hear about us? AGENDA Awesome, ok let's get stuck in! I've got an agenda I want to work through... First, I want to get to know the biggest challenges in your business right now. We'll also set some solid goals. Second, we're going to talk about your offer. We'll sharpen it right up. Third, we'll talk about how you're getting clients right now. What's working and what's not working. Lastly, I'll run you through the logistics of the programme and how you can get the most out of it. I'm then happy to answer any other big issues that you want to cover. Once we've tackled everything, I'm going to compile my notes from the call and build you a rock solid strategy to grow your money, impact and freedom over the 90+ days. I'll outline targets, projects and include all the relevant training material you need to win. LOL. You'll be ready to run through a brick wall when you get it! How does that sound?

Business Challenges & Goals

Whilst carrying out the call, select observations you see that are risks for the business. This will automatically populate the list of goals. List out their additional goals while you are going through this section in the boxes below.
CHALLENGES So! Tell me about your business. What do you feel are the biggest challenges right now? Alright. Got it! What have you tried to fix [challenges]? Noted! And you probably find that this is holding you back by [deeper knock on effect], right? Totally get it. We see it all of the time. Just to make sure we're on the same page, am I right in saying... [summarise goals back to them]. Have I missed anything? GOALS Ok awesome. Lets set some big goals. Lets imagine we're 3 months from now. What would you want to have achieved? Stretch their goals here if needed. What about 15 months from now. What would life look like? Ok, love it! To summarise, [summarise their goals back to them]... How does that sound?

Offer

Next, it's time to build out the new offer. Please select all challenges with the offer.
FIX THEIR OFFER Awesome, so lets talk about your offer. Coaches: Most coaches charge a monthly reoccurring amount, have retention issues and struggle to earn more than £4-5k per month with this model. As, tbh, it turns into a leaky bucket. Gym owners: Most gym owners do a 30-day trial with an ineffective funnel set up and process, and usually have 4-5 different offers that makes the business incredibly complex to run and not very profitable. I'd love to know where you're at. Can you run me through your current offers right now? IE, how much you charge. Got it! And do you know how long they stay for on average? Gut feel? Right. Got it. So on average you get [rough math] from each client? Understood. Now coach them around why it is better to charge upfront vs month to month. Highlight the challenges (as below) in doing what they are currently doing. Get a gauge on the level of confidence they have in charging more. This will set the tone for the new offer you set.

Build New Offer

When deciding a new offer, please select an offer that the client feels stretched but not too much. We want to set an offer that is realistic, but achievable.
BUILD NEW OFFER OK! Awesome. Thanks for that. So now we're going to create a new offer. Instead of charging month to month, we are going to charge for the initial 90 days upfront, and then into a monthly backend after that. Lets be honest! Any kind of transformation requires at least 90 days. Anything less, and they're wasting their time and yours. When someone commits for a longer time frame, it gives them clarity on how long they need to push for, and gets them bought into the process. It also allows you to know that they are fully bought in and ready to rock! When most of the work is done in the first 90 days, that's important. Lastly, it also gives you certainty over your cash flow. When you collect cash upfront, the business is in a much safer place. You have resources to work with and deploy back into the business. This helps with acquisition costs long-term and allows you to scale. When you charge month to month, it is difficult and eventually the business can't grow more past £4-5k per month, as we covered above. So look! Based on everything we've discussed and the quality of service you provide, do you think you're worth more than [current price]? Wait for answer. I agree! TBH, when you charge more you get a BETTER quality client! Most coaches are stuck because they don't know how to articulate the value that their service provides. Not because it's not worth more. MUTUALLY AGREE Lets create a new offer together. When someone joins us, we usually set a high ticket offer to start with from £700-£3k for the first 90-days. Some people even charge £5k+ for their coaching. It all depends on your level of belief in yourself! We want it to feel uncomfortable and like you're stretched, but not too much! Bare in mind, with your current price, the initial 90-days is about £600~ (adjust for their real price) anyways. So even though it might sound like a lot more, it's not. Do you have a number in mind? Let them guide, and then stretch it a little bit more. Talk them through the upfront, split pay and payment plan. So now, previously you only had [monthly price], now you have three separate offers. This allows you to collect more upfront, puts the business in a much safer position, whilst also creating better quality clients. Win win! See what I mean? Gauge for confidence here. Ok awesome! Glad we are on the same page. Now lets talk through your monthly backend. Currently you charge [monthly price], lets stretch that a little bit more. Because when you are able to better articulate the value in your programme, it becomes a no brainer. What do you think? Let them guide you, and aim to stretch to a minimum of £220, or 10-20% more than their current.

New Offer

PRESENT NEW OFFER Ok, now that we've got through that - let me confirm your three new offers. Talk them through the below word for word. Do you have any questions? All make sense? How does it feel? Gauge for overwhelm here. You want someone at a 7/10 on confidence. If they aren't, spend time building their confidence before moving forward.
Upfront: for the first 3-months and then into per month.
Split Payment: x2 (second payment at 30-day point) for the first 3-months and then into per month.
Payment Plan: per month for the first 6 months and then into per month thereafter.

Lead Generation

Now that you've discussed and built their new offer, now it's time to discuss how they're getting leads right now. This is very simple.
LETS TALK LEADS Ok! I'm pumped for you to get your first close on that new offer. Lets talk lead generation. What are you doing right now for leads? Ok got it. How many calls per week are you booking right now? You want majority of people to hit 5~ calls per week to hit the goals they have set financially.
You're now going to see how much easier it is to achieve your goals with an upfront offer, compared to a month offer. Calculate how many calls they need to hit, at a 50-60% close rate to hit their goals. Before, you would have needed to have [hundreds of clients] paying you x amount per month... What normally happens before that, is you get the same amount of clients in as out every month, and there's no further way to grow - as I said! Now you only need to close [number] of calls per month and you are at your goal. Make sense? So now, you don't NEED many more leads. You just need to nurture them better! I'm going to prescribe you a solid action plan to help you with with.. 1. Knowing who you are speaking to with razor sharp accuracy. 2. How to reach more people on your social media right now. 3. What you need to do to nurture and book more calls, more consistently. Sound good? Awesome!

Logistics

TALK THROUGH LOGISTICS Ok! Awesome. Next, I'm going to run you through what's on every week... Run them through the current weekly calls. Remind them about the dashboard giving them everything they need. We recommend attending a minimum of 3 calls per week. Next, we have Hyper Support.
